Specification
Know the player’s intended hollow, profile, and steel reference before work begins.
The Technology Behind EDGE
EDGE owns and operates the Elite E-S4 sharpener and E-P3 profiler. Together they support a documented system for sharpening, profiling, inspection, and repeatable player preparation.

Why Technology Matters
The advantage comes from connecting technology to a professional operating standard.
Know the player’s intended hollow, profile, and steel reference before work begins.
Use dedicated Elite systems for controlled sharpening and profiling.
Verify the result, finish the edge, and review the steel before return.
Keep the setup and service relationship connected to the player over time.

Precision Sharpening
The E-S4 is the sharpening platform inside the EDGE process. Elite states that self-centering clamps position different-width blades over the wheel, while the machine scans the runner and varies speed and pressure along its length.
Performance Profiling
The E-P3 applies documented blade-profile templates to two or four blades at once. Elite lists integrated pitch options and a profiling process designed to reproduce the selected geometry across matching steel sets.

Pro-Level Adoption

Machine to Player
Understand the player, steel, current setup, and goals.
Document the intended hollow and profile reference.
Apply the selected geometry with the E-P3 when needed.
Prepare the hollow using the E-S4.
Verify edges, finish the runner, and complete QC.
Maintain continuity for the player and steel set.

Technology Partnership
Elite provides the sharpening and profiling platforms. EDGE owns the customer relationship and is responsible for how the technology is operated inside the blade-management system.
That distinction matters: the machinery supports repeatability, while the EDGE process adds player context, professional judgment, inspection, finishing, documentation, and service continuity.
